Third-Party Processors
The third parties Vertex 180 has designated to process payments to and from platform users, and the dates of those designations.
1. Purpose of This Page
This page identifies the third party Vertex 180 LLC (“Vertex 180,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has designated to process payments in connection with your relocation, and the date of that designation. It is published under the Vertex 180 Transferee Terms of Use (the “Master Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Master Terms.
2. Designated Payment Processor
Vertex 180 does not process payments itself. Payments you receive through the Platform, and payments you make to Suppliers through the Platform, are processed by the Payment Processor designated below.

3. Your Relationship with the Payment Processor
The Payment Processor may require you to complete its own identity-verification (“know your customer”) checks and to accept its own customer agreement before it will process a payment. Those checks and that agreement are between you and the Payment Processor, and not between you and Vertex 180.
Vertex 180 will direct you to the Payment Processor’s own flow at the point where you first choose to receive a payment directly, or to pay a Supplier. Vertex 180 does not collect or store your bank-account or payment-card details.
4. Changes to the Designation
Vertex 180 may designate a different Payment Processor at its discretion. This page is the record of who is currently designated and from when, and it is updated when a designation changes. Prior designations are retained below rather than removed, so that a change is visible rather than silent.
